We used this cleaner for the last 3 years. It started out great. For the last 6 months we have run into issues with thoroughness. The last three months some of our cleanings were incomplete. Couches and floor in front of couch clearly not vacuumed as well as floors that did not appear vacuumed or mopped. Then we started with half the house not being vacuumed, bathroom sink with toothpaste still in it, cat fur still in corners. Every time I complained we would get an excellent service and then the next time half done again. We gave it a few shots but we are done. Consistency of timing and number of cleaners has always been all over as well. I will say they never canceled except for one really bad snow storm and one flu incident and I totally get that. So they did show just your house might not be clean and it could be any time of the day you are booked for.
Deep clean was thorough and no issues. fridge is spotless. Light clutter was organized. Don't hesitate and book now, excellent job and will be using regular cleaning services going forward.
I've been using Almeida's cleaning services for about 1 year. Overall, the cleaners are doing a consistently good job of cleaning my condo and I'm satisfied with their work. However, there are a few areas where significant improvement is necessary. First and foremost is the issue of sticking to the schedule. Many times over the past several months the appointment date was changed at the last minute or the cleaners arrived more than half an hour too early/too late, which is very disrupting to my family's schedule (I have 2 small kids). Also, the cleaners speak very little English and it's impossible to communicate with them. I'll continue using Almeida's cleaning services for now, but will look for another agency if the scheduling issues persist.

The cleaners did an exceptional job and were better than we could have hoped for! In addition to cleaning the obvious areas, they wiped the walls, cleaned the inside of the oven (even pulling it back and getting behind it!), inside the fridge, the baseboards, and inside the cabinets. Very pleased with the results!
We had Almedia's Cleaning Services come in and do a deep clean and we are very pleased. The girls are amazing and they no how to make everything shine and the house smelled amazing. Will use the Services again.

The women that come to clean my house every other week are amazing. They are efficient, thorough, and usually tailor the work to my needs. They get the spots even I don't always think to get, like the wall behind the high chair or the windows that are accessible by tiny fingers. Couldn't ask for more. They're also very nice and though we don't share a language, we manager well with miming and google translate.
We just had our initial clean and were very impressed! They did an overall very thorough job and we were happy with the quality of our service. They were also on time and friendly.
I recently hired this cleaning company to take care of my parents’ home in Rhode Island, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I'm very satisfied by the professionalism of the owner and yesterday she send two girls Loraynne and Silvia at my house . They did a wonderful job. My house was left clean, Organize and smell good . I definitely stay with Almeida's cleaning and I will recommend it to everyone.

Negligent and incompetent booking service. They were notified about a specific date we needed services by, and they stated they would be able to accommodate. We sent the requested images to them for a quote and they stated they could meet our needs. One day before the service date they said they would need to go in person to provide a quote for services, which had already been agreed upon. We begrudgingly agreed as it was an inconvenience, we're in the process of moving and juggling multiple other appointments. They never showed for the appointment, and left us in a very bad spot looking for service. I strongly recommend seeking services elsewhere.
They were punctual, polite, and did a thorough job of my place. They were accepting of my dog wandering around while they were there. They were a bit late due to a mix up, but made up for it by spending even more time than was originally slotted.
I have been using their services for well over a year now and they have done a great job thus far!

Highly recommend! We use Almeida's at my office building and they do a fantastic job! They did a initial cleaning for their first visit and took care of everything the last company ignored, and it was amazing to see the difference! And now when they return biweekly, it looks just as good as the first one. I may have to use them for my house too!
We began using Almeida about two months ago for bi-weekly cleanings. We’ve been very happy so far and especially appreciate the consistency with communication- we always receive a confirmation the day before our cleaning with an arrival time. House looks and smells fresh and clean every time!

These ladies made my request happen the same day! I did not need much so they were able to squeeze me into their schedule! Such luck! I only needed my floors to get a good vac/mop (my back is out) and they did it in 40 minutes for a full 2bed apt. Worth the money, no stress, and no more sticky floors. Thank you!

Updated review after 4 months of service: Almeidas did a deep clean for our house initially, and now cleans twice monthly on a regular schedule. The quality of the clean is the same each time - they do a wonderful job, and the house smells amazing when they are done. Very reasonable price for the quality of work. Highly recommend.
We used Almeida's Cleaning Services for a deep clean of our house. We have lived in our house for 5 years, have done renovations, have kids, 4 animals and have never had a deep clean done before. The girls came on time, were very professional and worked almost 10 hours to make our well "lived in" home look so fresh an new again. They covered every detail. Almeida's Cleaning Services came to do a deep office clean at my business. We have a warehouse attached to our office so a lot of dirt and grime gets tracked in. The two girls did an absolutely AMAZING job! They worked so hard and when I came to inspect the clean, I was blown away by how clean and new everything looked. No detail was missed. WOW! Having just moved here from Connecticut, I was nervous about finding a housekeeping service as good as we formerly had. Well, we did! The team from Almeida’s Cleaning Service were exceptional! Not only were they on time, but they were extremely professional and well prepared! With all cleaning supplies and equipment in hand, they did a phenomenal job on our deep clean. Our home looks, feels and smells like a model home!! The two woman team left no stone unturned, even wiping down each, individual staircase baluster! I cannot recommend Almeida’s Cleaning Services highly enough. I’ve already scheduled our home for bi-monthly service!
