Will the initial cleaning require additional time?
Yes, the initial cleaning will typically take longer as it requires a thorough deep-cleaning of the space. This allows us to meet our standards and become familiar with the specific needs of your home.
Should I be present during the house cleaning?
No, it is not mandatory, but it is up to your personal preference. Many of our customers choose to not be at home during the cleaning, and provide us with either a lockbox or key and alarm code.
How will you handle my pets during the cleaning?

What if I need to reschedule a service?
We understand that schedules may change or additional cleanings may be needed. To ensure availability and minimize disruptions, please contact our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that rescheduling may result in a different cleaning team being assigned to your service.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, signing a contract is not mandatory for Almeida’s Cleaning services. Our clients have the option to use our services on a flexible, non-contractual basis, and may cancel at any time without penalty. We strive to provide the best possible cleaning experience and are always happy to discuss the most suitable options for your needs.
