We accept credit and debit cards, check and ACH. Residential clients are charged after each visit; commercial accounts are invoiced monthly on standard net terms.

Yes. Almeida's Cleaning Services is fully bonded and carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for commercial clients or property managers.

Every team member is background-checked, interviewed in person and trained by our own supervisors before working unsupervised in a home or facility.

What's included in a standard cleaning?

Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, all floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting of reachable surfaces, mirrors and glass, trash removal and beds made on request. Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out and post-construction services add detail work like baseboards, inside appliances and cabinet interiors.

What is your cancellation policy?

Just give us 24 hours' notice and there's no charge at all. Cancellations inside 24 hours may carry a small fee because the crew's day is already reserved for you.

Are you comfortable with pets?

Absolutely — we clean around dogs, cats and everything in between. Let us know your pet's name and any routine, and we'll follow it.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our teams arrive with professional-grade equipment and products, including eco-friendly options. If you'd prefer we use products you keep at home, just leave them out.
