Our move in / move out cleanings are extremely thorough, designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. Houses and apartments can gather years of dust and grime left by previous tenants. From top to bottom, we’ll clean and sanitize everywhere, and give you a stress-free welcome to your new home.
General Cleaning
Remove all trash from the house and Dust & clean baseboards and window sills, remove marks from the walls, door or door frames.
All Rooms
Full cleaning of other rooms includes vacuum and dust window sills and remaining carpeted areas and wash all floors.
Kitchen
Full cleaning of kitchen includes inside and out of cabinets, inside and out of all appliances including oven and refrigerator, countertops, sink and floor.
Bathroom
Full cleaning of bathrooms includes tub, shower, sinks, toilets, floors, mirrors, light fixtures, baseboards, inside & out of cabinets and cupboards.

The cleaners did an exceptional job and were better than we could have hoped for! The women that come to clean my house every other week are amazing. They are efficient, thorough, and usually tailor the work to my needs. They get the spots even I don't always think to get, like the wall behind the high chair or the windows that are accessible by tiny fingers. Couldn't ask for more. They're also very nice and though we don't share a language, we manager well with miming and google translate.

Negligent and incompetent booking service. They were notified about a specific date we needed services by, and they stated they would be able to accommodate. We sent the requested images to them for a quote and they stated they could meet our needs. One day before the service date they said they would need to go in person to provide a quote for services, which had already been agreed upon. We begrudgingly agreed as it was an inconvenience, we're in the process of moving and juggling multiple other appointments. They never showed for the appointment, and left us in a very bad spot looking for service. I strongly recommend seeking services elsewhere.
They were punctual, polite, and did a thorough job of my place. They were accepting of my dog wandering around while they were there. They were a bit late due to a mix up, but made up for it by spending even more time than was originally slotted.
I have been using their services for well over a year now and they have done a great job thus far!

Highly recommend! We use Almeida's at my office building and they do a fantastic job! They did a initial cleaning for their first visit and took care of everything the last company ignored, and it was amazing to see the difference! And now when they return biweekly, it looks just as good as the first one. I may have to use them for my house too!
We began using Almeida about two months ago for bi-weekly cleanings. We’ve been very happy so far and especially appreciate the consistency with communication- we always receive a confirmation the day before our cleaning with an arrival time. House looks and smells fresh and clean every time!

These ladies made my request happen the same day! I did not need much so they were able to squeeze me into their schedule! Such luck! I only needed my floors to get a good vac/mop (my back is out) and they did it in 40 minutes for a full 2bed apt. Worth the money, no stress, and no more sticky floors. Thank you!

Updated review after 4 months of service: Almeidas did a deep clean for our house initially, and now cleans twice monthly on a regular schedule. The quality of the clean is the same each time - they do a wonderful job, and the house smells amazing when they are done. Very reasonable price for the quality of work. Highly recommend.

Almeida's Cleaning Services came to do a deep office clean at my business. We have a warehouse attached to our office so a lot of dirt and grime gets tracked in.
