Office Cleaning
Each day we make sure to empty trash bins and replace the bags. We vacuum all carpets thoroughly and we also sweep and mop wood and tile floors. We even sanitize door handles. Depending on the number of employees in a business, handles can be touched hundreds of times each day. At the end of each session, we turn off all the lights and lock the doors. We also dust room fixtures once every week.

Common Area Cleaning
We also dedicate a part of our office cleaning services checklist to companies with a common room or social area outside of the standard break room. In addition to the standard trash and floor procedures, we clean the glass doors of common areas each and every day. We will also wipe down any wood work exposed in the room. After our business is complete, we will turn off all the lights and lock the door.
Break Room Cleaning
The trash bin and floor rules are very much the same, but there are additional items to be considered. For example, break rooms often have refrigerators, coffee makers and microwaves. We will clean the inside of these appliances and sanitize the outside handles to prevent germ transfer or allergic reactions. We also make sure to wipe down countertops, cabinets, tables, chairs as well as the sink and its handles.
Restroom Cleaning
Perhaps our most comprehensive checklist is for the office bathroom. That is why it is so important to our business that we leave restrooms sparkling clean. During every session we empty trash and change the bag. We clean and sanitize the toilet seat, handle and bowl. We even scrub and sanitize urinals and their handles. We sanitize the door handles and toilet paper holders, and replace the latter when necessary. Also, we refill soap dispensers and air freshener cartridges as necessary.

We used this cleaner for the last 3 years. It started out great. For the last 6 months we have run into issues with thoroughness. The last three months some of our cleanings were incomplete. Couches and floor in front of couch clearly not vacuumed as well as floors that did not appear vacuumed or mopped. Then we started with half the house not being vacuumed, bathroom sink with toothpaste still in it, cat fur still in corners. Every time I complained we would get an excellent service and then the next time half done again. We gave it a few shots but we are done. Consistency of timing and number of cleaners has always been all over as well. I will say they never canceled except for one really bad snow storm and one flu incident and I totally get that. So they did show just your house might not be clean and it could be any time of the day you are booked for.
Deep clean was thorough and no issues. fridge is spotless. Light clutter was organized. Don't hesitate and book now, excellent job and will be using regular cleaning services going forward.
I've been using Almeida's cleaning services for about 1 year. Overall, the cleaners are doing a consistently good job of cleaning my condo and I'm satisfied with their work. However, there are a few areas where significant improvement is necessary. First and foremost is the issue of sticking to the schedule. Many times over the past several months the appointment date was changed at the last minute or the cleaners arrived more than half an hour too early/too late, which is very disrupting to my family's schedule (I have 2 small kids). Also, the cleaners speak very little English and it's impossible to communicate with them. I'll continue using Almeida's cleaning services for now, but will look for another agency if the scheduling issues persist.

The cleaners did an exceptional job and were better than we could have hoped for! In addition to cleaning the obvious areas, they wiped the walls, cleaned the inside of the oven (even pulling it back and getting behind it!), inside the fridge, the baseboards, and inside the cabinets. Very pleased with the results!

The women that come to clean my house every other week are amazing. They are efficient, thorough, and usually tailor the work to my needs. They get the spots even I don't always think to get, like the wall behind the high chair or the windows that are accessible by tiny fingers. Couldn't ask for more. They're also very nice and though we don't share a language, we manager well with miming and google translate.
We just had our initial clean and were very impressed! They did an overall very thorough job and we were happy with the quality of our service. They were also on time and friendly.

Negligent and incompetent booking service. They were notified about a specific date we needed services by, and they stated they would be able to accommodate. We sent the requested images to them for a quote and they stated they could meet our needs. One day before the service date they said they would need to go in person to provide a quote for services, which had already been agreed upon. We begrudgingly agreed as it was an inconvenience, we're in the process of moving and juggling multiple other appointments. They never showed for the appointment, and left us in a very bad spot looking for service. I strongly recommend seeking services elsewhere.
They were punctual, polite, and did a thorough job of my place. They were accepting of my dog wandering around while they were there. They were a bit late due to a mix up, but made up for it by spending even more time than was originally slotted.
I have been using their services for well over a year now and they have done a great job thus far!

Highly recommend! We use Almeida's at my office building and they do a fantastic job! They did a initial cleaning for their first visit and took care of everything the last company ignored, and it was amazing to see the difference! And now when they return biweekly, it looks just as good as the first one. I may have to use them for my house too!
We began using Almeida about two months ago for bi-weekly cleanings. We’ve been very happy so far and especially appreciate the consistency with communication- we always receive a confirmation the day before our cleaning with an arrival time. House looks and smells fresh and clean every time!

These ladies made my request happen the same day! I did not need much so they were able to squeeze me into their schedule! Such luck! WOW! Having just moved here from Connecticut, I was nervous about finding a housekeeping service as good as we formerly had. Well, we did! The team from Almeida’s Cleaning Service were exceptional! Not only were they on time, but they were extremely professional and well prepared! With all cleaning supplies and equipment in hand, they did a phenomenal job on our deep clean.
