Office Cleaning
Each day we make sure to empty trash bins and replace the bags. We vacuum all carpets thoroughly and we also sweep and mop wood and tile floors. We even sanitize door handles. Depending on the number of employees in a business, handles can be touched hundreds of times each day. At the end of each session, we turn off all the lights and lock the doors. We also dust room fixtures once every week.

Common Area Cleaning
We also dedicate a part of our office cleaning services checklist to companies with a common room or social area outside of the standard break room. In addition to the standard trash and floor procedures, we clean the glass doors of common areas each and every day. We will also wipe down any wood work exposed in the room. After our business is complete, we will turn off all the lights and lock the door.
Break Room Cleaning
The trash bin and floor rules are very much the same, but there are additional items to be considered. For example, break rooms often have refrigerators, coffee makers and microwaves. We will clean the inside of these appliances and sanitize the outside handles to prevent germ transfer or allergic reactions. We also make sure to wipe down countertops, cabinets, tables, chairs as well as the sink and its handles.
Restroom Cleaning
Perhaps our most comprehensive checklist is for the office bathroom. That is why it is so important to our business that we leave restrooms sparkling clean. During every session we empty trash and change the bag. We clean and sanitize the toilet seat, handle and bowl. We even scrub and sanitize urinals and their handles. We sanitize the door handles and toilet paper holders, and replace the latter when necessary. Also, we refill soap dispensers and air freshener cartridges as necessary.

The women that come to clean my house every other week are amazing. They are efficient, thorough, and usually tailor the work to my needs. They get the spots even I don't always think to get, like the wall behind the high chair or the windows that are accessible by tiny fingers. Couldn't ask for more. They're also very nice and though we don't share a language, we manager well with miming and google translate.

Negligent and incompetent booking service. They were notified about a specific date we needed services by, and they stated they would be able to accommodate. We sent the requested images to them for a quote and they stated they could meet our needs. One day before the service date they said they would need to go in person to provide a quote for services, which had already been agreed upon. We begrudgingly agreed as it was an inconvenience, we're in the process of moving and juggling multiple other appointments. They never showed for the appointment, and left us in a very bad spot looking for service. I strongly recommend seeking services elsewhere.
They were punctual, polite, and did a thorough job of my place. They were accepting of my dog wandering around while they were there. They were a bit late due to a mix up, but made up for it by spending even more time than was originally slotted.

Highly recommend! We use Almeida's at my office building and they do a fantastic job! They did a initial cleaning for their first visit and took care of everything the last company ignored, and it was amazing to see the difference! And now when they return biweekly, it looks just as good as the first one. I may have to use them for my house too!
